About True Fitness with Carrie
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. My classes are all taught in Thame, Oxfordshire.
Originally from a small town in East Texas, I moved to the UK in 1998. Having studied Liberal Arts at University, I retrained in the fitness industry to be more hands on for my children. I've always had a love of fitness from joining my first gym at the age of 16 to being in the cheer team at school to joining the running club at university. Fitness has always had a special place in my life and I hope it can for you, too.
Specialising in Women's Health, I know how important exercise is to our entire wellbeing. I also know how difficult it can be to find the time to exercise. I am a proud, divorced mummy to two sons and I fully believe having children and exercising is not only possible but essential. The power of exercise is immense, both physically and mentally. Paying special attention to the core and pelvic floor muscles, I deliver a concise program to rebuild these muscles after childbirth and during pregnancy to further develop the muscles, in preparation for the birth, as well as during our menopausal years and beyond.
I hold the following qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma, Level 3 Pre and Postnatal PT, Level 3 Yoga Instructor, Level 3 Course Tutor, Certified Fitness Pilates Instructor, Certified Barre Instructor, Certified Buggy Beat Instructor, Certified MenoFit Instructor, Certified WalkFit Instructor and Certified Lift Lean Instructor. I am also fully insured.

Whether you are more suited to private sessions or group sessions, online or face to face, I deliver high quality, bespoke classes to all through my CM Online Studio, face to face Pilates and Barre classes, Online & In Person Personal Training & Pilates Personal Training and through Corporate Wellbeing.
